BM don't mean bowel movement. At least not in this case. It also don't mean Benito Mussolini, although that's a lot closer. What it means is a Beretta built 7.62x51 semi auto rifle based on the Garand platform, but upgraded with flip out bipod, grenade launcher sight, 20 round mag, and a rubberized butt pad.
