LAYAWAY PROGRAM

LAYAWAY is available for the purchase of these firearms with the following conditions: 1. A Deposit of 25% of the full value of the firearm and related expenses is due to JSA Firearms within 7 days of the Purchase Date. 2. The balance of 75% of the full value of the firearm and related expenses is due within 60 days of the Purchase Date. 3. Your firearm is immediately shipped upon receipt of your final payment and the FFL from your firearms dealer. If you fail to make the required payments within 60 days, then you forfeit all monies to JSA FIREARMS. Consequently, you will be reported as a Non-Paying Buyer and receive a Negative Feedback.

CUSTOM AR-9 PISTOL

This is a CUSTOM AR-9 Pistol that is composed of a forged aluminum "slick-side" lower receiver with a Low Serial Number of 227, a Thunder Tactical 7.5-inch upper receiver with a Key-Mod handguard, and a Palmetto State Armory Magpul MOE furniture, as well as an Enhanced Polished Trigger Lower Build Kit. NEW, Test fired with 3 rounds for function. This is a SUPER COMPACT PISTOL THAT IS ACCURATE AND FUNCTIONS FLAWLESSLY!!!!

PAYMENT

Payment must be received by JSA FIREARMS within 7 calender days after the Purchase Date. Payment may be made in the form of a U.S. Postal Service "Postal Money Order," your Personal Check, your Bank's Cashier's Check, Official Check, Money Order or other Official Bank Draft, which will be mailed to JSA FIREARMS' address that is stated on the Order for this transaction. CREDIT CARDS (e.g., American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard,Union Pay and Visa) ARE ACCEPTED BY ARMSLIST.COM with a 2,5% fee or by calling direct to JSA FIREARMS with a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee.

SHIPPING

Shipping will cost $45.00 and will be accomplished via the US Postal Service's "Priority Mail 2- Day Shipping" which includes a Tracking Number. The USPS Priority Mail Shipping issues $100.00 insurance for the shipment. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for paying the balance for FULL-VALUE INSURANCE in order to fully insure the buyers purchase of the rifle and accessories. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for paying for the FULL-Value Insurance and indemnifies JSA FIREARMS against any liability in shipping. AK and HI will need to pay the full shipping costs. Your firearm is usually shipped within 1 day of receipt of your payment and your Firearm Dealers' Federal Firearms License (i.e., FFL).

* Marlin Model 1893, Non- Black Powder, 38-55, 30-30, 32 Win. Spl., 35 Remington, etc.

* Winchester Model 1894 Rifles and Carbines, Non-Black Powder, 38-55, 30-30, 32 Win. Spl., 35 Remington, etc.

* H&R or Winchester M-1 Garand Rifle, CMP preferred, but a very good condition is acceptable;

* Ford, 1996-1997 F250 or F350, Regular-Cab Super-Cab Crew-Cab, Manual Shift (although the E4OD Auto will be OK), 4x4 (is a must!), Very Good Condition- No Beaters!, Clean Vehicle Title- no liens.

* Land in Colorado or New Mexico, forested property is preferred over the plains!

* Professionally Graded (i.e., NGC, PCGS, etc.) Morgan $1 Silver; St. Gaudens $20 Gold; American Buffalo Gold, etc.

* 1969 Ford Mustang PARTS, especially New Old Stock; aftermarket new parts in the package are acceptable;
