LAYAWAY PROGRAM

1. A Deposit of 25% of the full value of the firearm is due to JSA Firearms within 7 days of the Purchase Date.

2. The balance of 75% of the full value of the firearm is due within 60 days of the Purchase Date.

3. Upon receipt of your final payment and your firearms dealer's FFF, your firearm is immediately shipped. If you fail to make the required payments within 60 days, then you forfeit all monies to JSA FIREARMS.

AR-15/9 Foxtrot Mike Rifle

The Foxtrot Mike Products FM-9 custom muzzle brake extends past the 15 inch M-LOK hand-guard and directs all the excess gas and concussion of your shots forward and sideward reducing the felt recoil and thus allows quick, accurate, follow-up shots. The upper and lower receivers are machined from billet aluminum allowing for a greater degree of customizability for look and function. The magazine well and upper receiver feed ramps have been machined for use with Glock magazines. It is compatible with standard AR-15 parts like a trigger, pistol grip, and safety selector. The integrated magazine release is much larger and easier to reach than the Mil-Spec alternative allowing for quicker magazine changes. This FM-9 features the popular side-charging, "Paratrooper" folding-forward mounted handle that can be swapped to either side for your shooting comfort. This FM-9 rifle features the Last-Round-Bolt-Hold-Open (LRBHO) feature, the Best-In-The-Business according to Foxtrot Mike Products, as well as my professional experience with the FM-9 Rifles and Pistols.

This blowback 9mm rifle comes with a Mil-Spec. pistol caliber carbine length buffer tube and buffer/recoil spring combination tuned to reliably cycle a wide variety of ammunition. OPTIONAL MAGAZINE: An Elite Tactical Systems (ETS) or KCI, 31-round, 9mm magazine, where legal, is $20.00. A 15-round magazine is $20.00. Optional M-Lok Pads: 3 for $10.00.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received by JSA FIREARMS within 7 calender days after the Purchase Date. Payment may be made in the form of a U.S. Postal Service "Postal Money Order," your Personal Check, your Bank's Cashier's Check, Official Check, Money Order or other Official Bank Draft, which will be mailed to JSA FIREARMS' address that is stated on the Armslist.com "Order" for this transaction. CREDIT CARDS (e.g., American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Union Pay and Visa) ARE ACCEPTED via the Armslist.com website. Also, credit cards are accepted by JSA FIREARMS with a 3.5% Processing Fee by callingREDACTED.

SHIPPING

Shipping will cost $45.00 and will be accomplished via the US Postal Service's "Ground Advantage Shipping" which includes a Tracking Number. The USPS Ground Advantage Shipping issues $100.00 insurance for the shipment. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for paying the balance for FULL-VALUE INSURANCE in order to fully insure the buyers purchase of the rifle and accessories. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for paying for the FULL-Value Insurance and indemnifies JSA FIREARMS against any liability in shipping. AK and HI will need to pay the full shipping costs. Your firearm is usually shipped within 1 day of receipt of your payment and your Firearm Dealers' Federal Firearms License (i.e., FFL).
