If it matters, I was formerly a Sheriff's Detective Sergeant for 20 years before switching to my current career field.


FORMALITIES OF THE SALE - This weapon is currently a Form 1 registered SBR. I will de-register this SBR with the ATF prior to the completion of sale and this will transfer as a PISTOL. If you are not familiar with NFA rules, please do your research. Basically, the sell process has to be as follows:


1 - Buyer/Seller will agree on a local Gun Shop to do the transfer of the PISTOL. ** IF you possess a valid CCW, will sign a Bill of Sale AND are willing to allow me to photograph your drivers license and CCW, then we can complete the sale in private.


2 - Buyer will pay $2,500 deposit and walk away with everything EXCEPT for the lower receiver and telescoping stock. Again, if you do not understand this, please do your due diligence on NFA laws. The lower receiver by itself IS the registered SBR. I can not legally sell this lower receiver until AFTER it is de-registered with the ATF. I called the ATF on 02/14/2025 at 9:41am, and they said this process can be as quick as 3-4 days, but also said worst case scenario is up to 21 days. The ATF Agent on the phone said it is nothing more than an emailed letter so, hopefully it would be on the quicker side. We will both sign a Bill of Sale/Contract stating how much you paid down and what the balance owed is. I will provide a blank copy of our "contract" for your review prior to meeting with you.


3 - Once I receive the "De-registration" email from ATF, we will write Paid in Full/Transfer Complete on the contract, at which time it becomes our official Bill of Sale. I will collect the balance owed and give you a copy of the de-registration letter, the stock and the lower receiver, completing the sale. 


4 - Once you have the complete firearm, please note you can NOT legally put the stock on the pistol until AFTER you receive your own Tax Stamp. You can go to any local gunstore that utilizes the Silencer Shop Kiosk, and they can obtain your info and get you a Form 1 stamp in a matter of days. You will then own a LEGAL SBR registered to you. The Federal Form 1 Tax Stamp is $200 plus a small processing fee of around $20-$25. The other option is to keep it as a pistol for now and hope that the Trump Administration does away with the SBR ruling.


FIREARM DETAILS - This is a B&T APC9-K PRO. It has been fired exactly 150 rounds. It flawlessly cycled 50 rounds of  147gr subs, 50 rounds of IMI 158gr subs, as well as 50 rounds of 147gr HST Hollowpoint subs. Not one hiccup. It ran perfectly with LRBHO every time, suppressed and unsuppressed! It comes in the factory case with all case candy and paperwork.


 This gun also comes with the ($450) BFSIII Binary Trigger. The weapon safety selector can be set to Safe, standard Single Fire or Binary Fire. Binary fire is where the gun fires with a trigger pull and fires again when the trigger is released. This allows instant and accurate double taps with every press and release of the trigger. With very little practice, you can empty a 30rd mag very, very quickly. ALL original trigger parts are also included.


The factory pistol grip has been upgraded with a much more comfortable Magpul MOE-K2+. The original grip is also included.


Also included is the factory B&T Telescopic stock ($650). This is the same stock used by the US Government and makes for an amazingly small package when collapsed. Instantly deployed by simply pulling on it, and has one button stock retraction.


Last, it comes with the factory shipped 30rd mag AND 4 extra B&T factory mags. 2-20rd mags and 2-25rd mags. These extra mags are really nice when trying to keep things compact, as the 30 rd mag is pretty long. The B&T mags are designed as true submachine gun mags. Meaning, when loading them, you simply push the rounds straight down into the mag as opposed to "sliding" the rounds in, like with a Glock mag. This makes loading MUCH quicker and easier. And of course, the mags feed 110% reliably.


This entire package was $3870 plus $280 in tax = $4150. Will sell it all for $3,500 OBO.


The Suppressor and Weapon Light in the pictures are NOT included in this sale. Also, I will not sell the stock or trigger separately.
