ROHM MODEL RG38S, 6 shot swing out cylinder, single and double action revolver with transfer bar internal safety and thumb latch cylinder release. Construction is steel with black rubber grips panels. Chambering is .38 Smith & Wesson Special Caliber, and cylinder capacity is 6 rounds. 4" barrel that has 8 groove right hand 1:18 rifling. Sights are front ramp and adjustable rear. Trigger is .220 smooth face, with .200 steel hammer with serrated spur. Ignition is floating firing pin, with transfer bar internal safety device that prevents the hammer from contacting the firing pin unless the trigger is fully depressed. Frame is square butt type, medium frame. Weight empty is 30 ounces, Cylinder does open correctly. The thumb latch cylinder release is operable. Cylinder rotation, and trigger and hammer operation are normal. Finish is blued steel. This revolver is in overall good condition and would make a great personel defense, vehicle, camping/ hunting / hiking / fishing or home defense weapon especally if you are on a tight budget but still would lke a decent caliber to defend yourself with. JUST PRESS A BUTTON ON THE KNIFE AND THE BLADE AUTOMATICALLY SWINGS OPEN AND LOCKS INTO THE OPEN POSITION. A SEPERATE SMALL SWITCH ON THE KNIFE CAN BE ENGAGED PREVENTING IT FROM OPENING WHEN IN A POCKET.
