New Mexico has a seven-day waiting period in effect.  this does not apply to the following: -- A buyer who holds a valid federal firearms license -- A buyer who holds a valid New Mexico concealed handgun license - A valid New Mexico ID is required to purchase.  Address must match ID or provide suitable documents with address. The buyer is required to pass a background check.  We do those here for $20 plus tax.  Once a "proceed" is received we have a 7-day wait. Buyer may pick up on the 8th day.  Other documents may be required depending on the type and quantity of firearms purchased.  OUT OF STATE BUYERS Your items will be shipped from us to your FFL dealer. We need name and address of FFL. You will get an email or text from Shipping Saint; you need to select shipping and we will pack and ship at your expense.
