This listing is for an original AH Fox A Grade 12GA Double Barrel Side by Side Shotgun. This shotgun is in great condition for it's age and is a true survivor. This gun is not perfect, but it is an exceptional piece if you are looking for a display piece or good candidate for restore. From my research, the serial number dates this shotgun to approximately 1920. This rifle appears to be all original, numbers matching with the exception of the lower handguard. Bluing still looks very good on all metal parts and the 30" barrels have a deep glossy shine overall. The front sight does appear to have been broken or sheared off at some point. This shotgun does have wear as expected throughout and minor scratches on the wood. I can not guarantee that the wood parts have never been refinished, but they look to be all original (again with the exception of the lower handguard). It has what looks to be an original butt pad with significant cracking and would need replacement. This would be an absolutely beautiful piece to add to your collection. In Stock Policy:

All listings on Armslist as well as our website are first come, first serve and are subject to availability from our suppliers at the price listed. Some items can be backordered and we will notify you of that when you inquire about purchasing an item. In some cases it is more cost effective to ship directly from our supplier to your FFL dealer and we will do whatever we can to get you the lowest price possible.

Terms of Sale:

All sales to Virginia residents are subject to the required 6.3% sales tax. All transactions will be in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event that you are unable to pass the required background check. A 25% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $2 state mandated background check fee for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents for in person sales. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all items purchased are legal to possess in their respective state of residence.

Shipping Policy:

Firearms will only be shipped to federally licensed firearms dealers. Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping charges of $20 for handguns and $30 for long guns will apply, unless picked up locally or "Free Shipping" is annotated on the listing. Other shipping options may be available upon request at the buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees and background check fees from their FFL dealer. Insurance is not included on any purchases unless requested by the buyer and at the buyer's expense.
