All Firearms are required to be shipped to an FFL.

We take Credit and Debit cards including Amex cards.

Ammunition purchases do not require an FFL, but you must email us a copy of your ID to verify your age in order to complete an ammunition purchase. Once we have the payment and a copy of your dealer’s FFL it may take up to 5 days for us to process and ship your item(s).

BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL LAWS
It is your responsibility to know your local city, county, municipality and state laws regarding the purchase, transfer and/or ownership of firearms. You must know your local laws to ensure the item you are buying is legal to own in your local area. If you do not know if your purchase is legal in your local area, please consult your local FFL or use any available resources your local area may provide. This is particularly important if you reside in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York. Again, you must ensure that what you are purchasing is legal to purchase, transfer and/or own in your area. If your order cannot be completed due to your local city or state laws, the order will be returned and will be subject to our cancellation fees.

FIREARM INSPECTION
All of our auctions are “what you see is what you get”, meaning that the condition shown in the auction photos is what you will receive. No items that are not pictured or mentioned specifically in the description will be included in your purchase. Also, please note that many of the firearms that we sell are pre-owned. Some may have scratches, chips or other signs of wear, this will be reflected in the price of the item and/or disclosed in the description. All firearms have passed our inspection process and are believed to be in working order unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. We do not test fire each pre-owned item. This saves us time, which saves you money.
Please note that if you have a problem with a new firearm that you have purchased from us, you can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information and instructions.

MAGAZINES/MODIFICATIONS
High capacity magazines will not be shipped with firearms to any location where it is prohibited to possess a high capacity magazine. If high capacity magazines or magazines over a certain capacity are illegal in your city, state, county, or municipality, the magazine(s) will not be included with your order nor will they be shipped with the item and no credit will be given. Worth It Supply LLC will not ship magazines that are illegal in your local area to an alternate location.
We will not modify firearms prior to shipment in order to meet legal compliances for your area but we will remove magazines for compliance purposes

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an item ships from our store you will be unable to cancel the order.
Please note that Worth It Supply LLC will not reimburse transfer fees or shipping costs should a refund be required.
If you are denied by the ATF or are unable to complete the transfer legally due to your local laws, there will be a 50% restocking fee on the return and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost back to us.
After your local FFL receives your purchase(s), you will have three business days to review and inspect your purchase. This period begins the day your FFL receives the item. If you must return the item, we require notification within the three business day inspection period of the need for a return. Returns will result in a 50% restocking fee. It is also your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost back to Worth It Supply LLC.
Please inspect the firearm at your local FFL location before completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now legally yours and cannot be returned or refunded. There will be NO exception to this!
SHIPPING
Worth It Supply will determine the best choice of shipper and shipment while still providing insurance for the shipped items.
Absolutely no items will be shipped outside the 50 US states. Shipping areas are limited to the continental US, Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship Internationally.
