This is a very nice all original Finnish M27 Mosin Nagant rifle that was manufactured in 1940 at the Tikka Arsenal.  Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  This rifle is one of approximately 1300 that were produced in 1940.  This was the last year of production for the M27 as Finland was producing the M39 as a replacement.  There is a small import mark on the end of the barrel.  The bolt and butt plate are not serial numbered.  The floorplate is Russian numbered, but has been lined through. The M27 is said to be one of the best shooting Mosins made and I am sure this one will not disappoint.
