This Eagle arms AR-15 is nearly the closest you can get to the original Armalite 15 patent. It was being manufactured before Colts contract was ever signed, therefore it is coveted as a collectors item. The build quality matches & in some case exceeds Colt models, yet there is not nearly as many floating around.
This particular firearm features a very low serial number. It is equipped with a carry handle & fixed stock with a cleaning kit compartment, as well as a full size 20 inch barrel. The condition is very good, it has sat in a safe for the last 50 years and has seen very little use. It is of course Pre Ban, meaning it pre-dates and therefore it is exempt from the Assault Weapon Restrictions in Massachusetts.
