Return of shipped products are accepted if Byrna is notified within (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. 

Damaged Products Policy*Byrna® launchers, Byrna Shields?, Byrna Banshees? and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.

*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with Byrna's standard limited factory warranty.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Byrna. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton. Additionally, please place a copy of any correspondence regarding your return inside the carton. To obtain a RMA number, please contact Byrna service department. 

We cannot ship to certain states and cites such as San Francisco. All Hawaii orders will be shipped without CO2 for safety purposes in transporting.
