Salixian Gunworks is now offering some high quality custom hand guard upgrades for the Micro Draco Pistol Series that are in a variety of configurations and Finishes. These Handguards are 100% made in the USA from USA sourced premium hand selected Ash and Hard Maple, and are made out of the same wood as baseballl bats, hockey sticks, axe and hammer handles so they can take a real kinetic beating compared to most other woods used.... especially that brittle garbage that comes on the pistol from the factory.  The handguards on the Micro Draco have always been poorly designed and mostly unusable, so these handguards are a nice choice and really help get a handle on the firearm. These handguards would be a very nice and functional upgrade, and significantly improve the rifles aesthetics with a classic wood accent amongst all the metal, polymer etc. These pieces are also manufactured at a tighter tolerance compared to the standard loose tolerance mil spec stuff, so they will fit nice and tightly on your rifle and wont come loose or wobble over time. All advantages aside, this tight fit may require some final fitting to your exact rifle. This basic, deductive fitting process might require a few minutes of your time and a few swipes of a wood hand file here or there, or some basic Dremel work to speed this process up - but requires nothing beyond the aptitude of a caveman. It is the buyers responsiblity to be aware of and abide by all Federal, state and local laws when modifiying their rifle/pistol setups, so please keep that in mind and do you research!
