We do not offer expedited shipping options for any orders. All firearms and optics will be insured at the entire purchase price with the shipping carrier. Shipping within the continental U.S. ONLY. We do NOT ship international or to U.S Territories. By law firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer (local gun shop) where the buyer picks up their firearm. Current FFLs with signatures will be accepted by fax or e-mail. You will need to contact your FFL (local gun shop) and request they send us a copy of their Federal Firearm’s License if you do not select one from the Gunbroker FFL database when the order is submitted. We will include a copy of our FFL with all shipped firearms containing your name and contact info so they can call you once the transfer arrives.
We accept payment through the gunbroker.com Checkout or by phone, Certified bank checks, or Visa, Master Card, and Discover. There is NO fee for using credit cards. There is no layaway program for our Gunbroker Items.
Some factory new items will have stock photography of the exact model / variant for sale within the listing. Serial numbers, wood grain, and shade of the finish, can all vary for listings with multiple quantities available. Please understand all firearm manufacturers TEST FIRE THEIR PRODUCTS FOR QUALITY CONTROL! They do not clean the firearms after test firing for proof the item was tested and functioned properly. There is a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when it arrives at the receiving FFL dealer. A return (minus shipping charges) will ONLY be accepted if the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED in this listing. We will not accept returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, etc. In the event item cannot be released to you, A 25% restocking fee will be charged, please check local laws before bidding. There are plenty of good pictures so you can see what you are buying. You must contact us before returning a firearm and it must return in the exact shape it left (unfired!!!) Payment must be received within 7 days after the close of auction. If this is going to be a problem for you, then please Do Not Bid! After 7 days the item will be relisted immediately without notice! Please ask any questions before bidding and they will be answered as soon as possible. We do not end auctions early.
