This gun is a true M1014 however, due to it being an import model from Italy and, thus, having to comply with U.S. import regulations, while the stock is the same stock mounted on a true Marine-issue M1014, it does not collapse. The tube that normally holds 6 3" shells or 7 2-3/4" shells only holds 4 for the same reasons. 

Both the proper stock and tubes are available through Benelli if someone wishes to replicate an exact copy of a true M1014.
