Our business adheres to firm policies. Please remember you are agreeing to the Terms of Sale once you submit a bid or place an order, so PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION THOROUGHY. It contains answers to most questions buyers often have. 

SHIPPING TIMES:  While we typically generate very fast processing and shipping times, we cannot guarantee order processing and delivery dates.  

IMPORTANT:  Store Front pricing and availability does not correlate. For inquiries pertaining to items listed or orders placed, please contact us by sending us a message via [email protected].  

STORE FRONT LOCAL PICKUP: We will be happy to accommodate any local buyers wishing to pick up a Armslist purchase at our store front location. Buyer should select IN-STORE PICKUP upon checkout. ATF Form 4473, will be completed at time of pickup. Listings are not available for preview prior to purchase. 

BUYER IDENTITY POLICY: The actual transferee (person who will be retrieving the firearm from the receiving FFL) must be the same name associated with the user account. All billing information, including buyer’s name and BILLING address should line up accurately as well. We are not able to make changes, and should we suspect a fraudulent purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This goes for both firearm and non-firearm products. 

STOCK PRODUCT IMAGES:  Manufacturer provided stock product images and descriptions may be used for factory new items. – Please verify product specifications prior to submitting an order. Often it is best to contact the manufacturer or reference the manufacturer's website . 

RESTRICTED STATE GUN LAWS:  It is the buyer’s/your responsibility to confirm a firearm is legal to own in your state PRIOR to bidding or purchasing. We are only able to share knowledge regarding FL gun laws. A 25% restocking/processing fee will be charged should an item have to be returned due to gun law restriction.  All additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the buyer as well.

You will be notified by us to have your dealer email a signed, legible copy of their FFL to [email protected] . All FFLs should be sent with an order number or name referenced for order identification. 

**The quicker we receive both payment & FFL, the quicker we can process and ship your order.**

SHIPPING:

UPS Only – Receiver must be able to receive from UPS or FedEx.  Should a package be refused, have to be re-routed or returned by UPS/FedEx, additional shipping costs will apply. If an item needs to be returned permanently, there will be a 25% restocking & processing fee charged. Any additional shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Contiguous US:

HANDGUNS - UPS/FedEx 2nd-Day Air (UPS policy requires all handguns to be shipped 2ND Day Air. The abbreviation “2-Day” refers to the shipping method of UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air, and is not in any way advertising a time frame of shipment or delivery.)

LONG GUNS - UPS/FedEx Ground

NON-FIREARMS - UPS/Fedex Ground

Non-Contiguous US: Alaska & Hawaii  - Shipments ship USPS and may require additional shipping costs. (Additional shipping costs are calculated at time of shipment. Buyer will be notified.) *NOTE: We are currently unable to ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii. *NOTE: Free Shipping only applies to continental US.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Order Cancellation Policy:

10% Cancellation Fee

Order cancellations will only be honored if we receive a request prior to shipment. We cannot guarantee the time in which we receive a request, as we often experience delays in communication due to high demands.

Return Policy For Factory New Items:

 All Sales Are Final.  NOTE* Once a buyer takes possession of a firearm from their dealer, the firearm cannot be returned. You must contact the Manufacturer concerning missing or defective components. Restocking & Listing fees will be applied must an item be returned back to us. A restocking fee (25% of the purchase price) will apply should an item be returned due to an extenuating circumstance. For example: The buyer is not lawfully able to take posession of the item. (All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.) 

Inspection Period:

Pre-Owned Items:  All pre-owned items, excluding ammunition, have a 3-day inspection period from the time the item is delivered. NOTE* Once a buyer takes possession of a firearm from their dealer, the firearm cannot be returned. 

Return Policy for Pre-Owned Items:

Returns will only be accepted if the item is not as described. We must be contacted for return approval prior to shipping back.  Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Firearms that have already been transferred from the FFL holder to the buyer cannot be accepted for return.  Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

SHIPMENT CLAIMS:

If an item has been damaged in shipment, in order to file an Insurance Claim, the shipment packaging must be retained along with following requirements met: - A photo of the damaged item - A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box) - A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.) - A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number, which usually begins with 1Z) - A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available - Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One photo should display the top and two sides. The second photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.) - Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width
