SHOOTERS EXCHANGE IS A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE

*Must be shipped to a current FFL* (unless otherwise specified). Antique firearms are those manufactured prior to 1899 and do not require an FFL. C&R (Curio & Relic) firearms are those manufactured at least 50 years ago and can be shipped to a C&R FFL holder.

Buyer assumes responsibility for knowing their local laws and getting their local FFL to provide a copy of their license to us. Licenses can be sent via FAX or email. PLEASE HAVE YOUR DEALER INCLUDE YOUR NAME WITH THEIR FFL.

Most guns have a 3-day, no fire inspection guarantee (unless specified). Buyer is responsible for return shipment & insurance fees.

Shipping is quoted for each item shipped and insured. Sales outside the Continental U.S./Lower 48 States will incur additional shipping and insurance charges. Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays.

WE ACCEPT USPS MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED CHECKS OR PERSONAL CHECKS. PERSONAL CHECKS MUST CLEAR BEFORE SHIPMENT.

We accept CREDIT CARDS, for an additional 3% FEE. If you are a licensed 01 or 07 dealer and wish to return an item we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee. No refund will be given without receipt of item.

We will do layaway payments. Our layaway term is for 60 days, 1/3 due at purchase, another 1/3 due at 30 days and the last 1/3 due at 60 days. All layaway payments are forfeit if layaway is not completed reasonably close to 60 days after first payment.
