DPMS (Defense Procurement Manufacturing Services) Panther Arms

DPMS is currently owned by Palmetto State Armory. They have had a few owners before that, but this lower, upper, and LPK is from when Freedom Group owned DPMS. After this they were sold to Remington and all lowers are marked Huntsville, Alabama. Now that they are owned by PSA all lowers are marked West Columbia, South Carolina. This isn’t that big of a deal but if you want to build a old school DPMS you must have the St Cloud, Minnesota marked one. The lower parts kit is also marked on the package St Cloud, Minnesota. The upper has no forward assist and dust cover…not something you see now days. I bought the lower and LPK from a gun dealer in Las Cruces, NM in 2011. I wanted to lock down one in the panic after Sandy Hook. I got the upper from a DPMS distributor in Arizona. I planned on making this a pistol and using the Daniel Defense barrel and BCG that I have listed here also, just never got around to it and have so many AR pistols I don’t need this one.  Please see the pictures as there are two spots that are blemished…..one at the buffer tube attachment point and one at the rear pin on the upper. Other than that they are all in great condition.
