BRAND NEW IN THE BOX, FULL FACTORY WARRANTY. A tribute to the revered Commercial Government Model pistols of the past, the 1911 Classic features the Series 70 firing system and rollmarks, national match barrel, staked on front sights, and spurred hammer. I removed this pistol only to take pictures and carefully put it back in its protective wrap. Didn't even pull the slide back, it is pristine condition from the Colt factory. For sure it will never be in my display case or handled by a bunch of customers. So, if you are looking for a modern collectable that is investment grade, this is it. All the factory paperwork as pictured is included. This factory type 1911c and is the 70's series type and comes in a hot blued finish, not a spray coating. Very nice 45 for those who want to step up and spend twice the amount of a bargain brand model, but want a true investment class firearm, built with very high quality, right here in the United States.
