[OUT OF STATE BUYER]

--Locate an FFL dealer in your state. It can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop willing to perform the firearm transfer.
--Confirm with the FFL dealer if the firearm is legal in your state.
--Call our store and provide us with the item number for the firearm listing.
--Make payment via phone with credit card (no extra fees).
--Provide us with the FFL dealer phone number.
--Once payment is completed and the FFL license is received from the dealer, we will ship out the firearm.

Returns: There is a 14 day return policy for used firearms. Factory New firearms have a factory warranty. Lastly the consignment firearms are sold 'AS IS', no returns.

Payment: Credit cards accepted (no extra fees). Just call our store to make a payment.

Layaway Terms: Our layaway is minimum 20% down and 20% per month, up to 4 months total. (Excludes Consignment Sales)

Shipping (Excludes California): All handguns ship USPS Priority Mail. All other firearms ship UPS Ground. The firearm will ship within one business day of payment completed and FFL license is received from the FFL dealer via email.

FACTORY NEW: Not previously sold at retail, in same condition as current factory production.

LIKE NEW: In factory new like condition in every respect. Factory shot.

EXCELLENT: Used but little, no appreciable wear on working surfaces, no noticeable wear to wood or metal, bluing perfect, (except at muzzle or sharp edges).

VERY GOOD: In perfect working condition, minor cosmetic wear on working surfaces, minor surface dents or scratches, no pitting corrosion.

GOOD: In perfect working condition, minor cosmetic wear on working surfaces, moderate surface dents or scratches, might have some minor rust, might have some minor pitting corrosion.
