This is a Russian Mosin-Nagant Model -M91/30, a 5 - round fixed magazine, bolt action infantry rifle chambered in 7.62x54mmR (rimmed casing) or 7.62 Russian rounds. This rifle is stamped as 1938 manufacture at the Izhevsk Machine Building Plant with the Russian Crest Emblem as well. It was imported by C.A.I. Georgia, VT as marked on the receiver. It has a 29" barrel with an OAL of 48.50" for this model. It has an attached cleaning rod, a fixable 18" tri-lobe bayonet, laminated stock, steel butt plate, and a twin ammo pouches for holding stripper clip loaded ammo. It can be individual round loaded or using 5-shot stripper clips which are not included with the weapon. I am also including a soft sided black 50" padded gun case to hold the weapon. It also has a canvas/leather original designed sling mounted in the thru body slots on the rifle. The rifle is in very good condition and I have never shot the gun in the 30 years I have owned the weapon. I am not looking to make any trades for this weapon which I want to sell for cash.
