This rifles finish appears to be matte gray - does show some fade in the finish and few light scratches. Overall this rifle appears to be in good condition, all functions work smoothly and properly.The scope has seen some use but it is setting on some excellent Leupold scope rings if you decided to upgrade the scope at some point.
