You MUST be a US CITIZEN. 3. You MUST be 21 years old to order any ammunition from CTC Gunworks. 4. Your date of birth and driver license information must be provided when purchasing. 5. We will not sell magazines or other firearms accessories to anyone under the age of 21.  6. We will not ship high capacity magazines to any state with a magazine ban; California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Vermont, as well as the District of Columbia. You may be able to purchase firearms, however, if you live in a state with magazine capacity restrictions, the magazines in your fiream(s) that don't meet your states requirements will be removed prior to shipping (this can or will be waived for LEOs purchasing a duty firearm with valid credentials).   

CTC Gunworks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Attempting to skirt your state laws baning magazines, ammo pruchases, and firearms purchases are grounds for us to refuse service.  We will ask you for a copy of your valid drivers license when purchasing firearms, ammo, magazines, and firearms components.
