Brand new in box / Perry Arms LLC owned

Brand new in box, Remington 700 tactical chambered in .308 win. Comes as you see it with a 20" heavy barrel on a black Hogue over mold stock. Barrel is not threaded. My gunsmith (Kessler's Gun works) says he can thread it for $100.
this may be the last batch of Remingtons to come from the factory before the change to the new brand of Rem Arms. This means the value can only go up. If you've been looking at bolt action rifles, the prices have been spiking pretty high, certainly higher than this current offering.
