I bought this knife new a few months ago from smokey mountain knife works and then realized Im not really into carrying a $300.00 pocket knife. I love it but I'm going to let it go. 
They lost between $250.00 and $295.00 now I think. I will let mine go for $200.00 even. Can't negotiate on that. It's a great knife, auto open. Perfect EDC size. 
I have a set of blue anodized screws with it that I never put in and a second, longer pocket clip with a Spartan helmet on it that also was never installed. I have the box as well. I can probably find the receipt. I think with tax and shipping I paid $265.00. it's Benchmade so there's a lifetime warranty and free sharpening. 

Can't negotiate the price, sorry.
