The original buyer of this gun is a Gun Shop owner’s favorite customer.  According to the retail establishment, the customer buys a new handgun every couple of weeks, keeps it for a few days and returns to trade for another handgun.  He never fires the guns, he just likes the trading process and owning “different” guns.  This gun looks just like a new gun, with no signs of wear or use.  The gun has not been fired since the test-fire in the factory.  The gun comes with everything that is in the photos, including the two factory magazines, one-9 round mag and one 10-round mag with the finger grip extension.  This is a great opportunity to own a “new” gun at a used gun price. Please view the photos as they are the best description of this gun.  This firearm must ship to your FFL dealer. The buyer pays $45 for shipping to the lower 48 states. Insurance is available and will be added to the shipping costs.

Payment

Greenhead Sales offers two methods of payment, direct payment by mail by USPS Money Order or by Credit Card over the telephone with a fee at this time of 5%.  Greenhead Sales does not accept nor recommend PayPal or any other electronic fund transfer application for firearms transactions. Please carefully read the User Agreement for each application.  Most often firearm transactions are forbidden.

Auction Rules 

 At this time, Greenhead Sales is not offering local pick up for items listed.  All purchased firearms will be shipped to your FFL for delivery. 

Greenhead Sales is unable to accept trades.

Sales tax on all taxable purchases in Alabama will be collected by the seller.

Sales to California are possible with a $25 fee added for the additional paperwork requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the legality of the firearm to be purchased.  For California sales, we must receive the CA registration information from your FFL prior to shipping the firearm.

If an item is a serialized gun of any kind, we are required to ship the item to your selected FFL for transfer. Please have your FFL e-mail a copy of their FFL documentation with your name and auction item number to REDACTED.  We do not accept C&R licenses.

Shipping & Insurance

Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will require adjusted shipping rates. Please contact Greenhead Sales prior to bidding to receive an estimate of the adjusted shipping costs.

Handguns are usually shipped via USPS Priority. Long guns are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided by Greenhead Sales once the shipment is created. You may also receive e-mails with tracking information directly from the shipper.

The shipping fees listed do not include insurance.  UPS covers the first $99 of value and USPS covers the first $49. Insurance for the full purchase price of your item  is available and recommended and can be added to the shipping costs.

Firearm Purchase

All firearms and items offered are sold on an As-Is basis regarding Greenhead Sales.  New items may have factory warranties, but Greenhead Sales is not an authorized seller of these items.  Any warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.

Please ask all questions before bidding. It is not unusual for new firearms to have slight finish imperfections directly from the manufacturer. We make every effort to photograph any scratches, bumps, or imperfections to assist you in determining the value of the firearm. Pictures may be stock photos on new items. If we are offering multiple firearms of the same model, wood grain will vary from one gun to another. Pictures may not always reveal minor scuffs, dings, or scratches. Descriptions of firearms are based on visual inspection, and do not include a complete breakdown of the firearm.

Please be familiar with the gun laws in your area.  The buyer is solely responsible for determining that this firearm or item is safe to use.  The firearms offered have not been test fired, but have been visually inspected for auction purposes only.  If purchasing a used firearm, it is suggested that this firearm by inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing.

By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold harmless Greenhead Sales in any and all matters related to the condition and specifically for the ‘fit for use’ condition of any item.
