A Civil War Era Spencer Carbine for sale.We haven't been able to find any military markings on this rifle, and the rear buckhorn sights might suggest that it was a civillian model. The gun is complete,in that it has the original magazine located in the stock, you can cock it and pull the hammer back and if you pull the trigger it functions as it should.Serial number 54346.We're not sure of the caliber, our guess is 56-50.For it's age it's in good shape, although one prong of the buchhorn sight is missing, and it looks as if the hammer has been bobbed. We are a pawn store, not Spencer experts, but the pictures and description are honest. If you need other pictures or more specific pictures let us know.
