ACME North has a used but excellent Seekins Precision Havak Element bolt-action rifle with Swaroski 2.5 x 25 x 52P rifle scope and Harris bipod in 6.5 PRC. 

Seekins Precision Havak Element series draws on years of precision AR rifle experiance to create a hybrid, ultra-light weight hunting rifle. It uses T7075 aluminum to encase a high strength stainless steel Mountain Hunter contour, spiral fluted 21 inch barrel with a 1:18 twist and a muzzle threaded for threaded for 5/8x 24. The rifles are light weight, weighing in at just 5.5 lbs. and it comes equipped with a three round carbon fiber magazine. Other features include Timney Elite Hunter trigger set for 2.5 pounds, stock finished in Element green, gray and black camo, anodized armor bead blast finish, integrated recoil lug, 90 degree bolt throw, M16 type extractor, four locking lugs and 20 MOA scope rail.

The rifle comes with a Swarovski Z5 2.5x25 x 50P front focal plane rifle scope with quarter inch adjustments. It appears the top turret cover is not installed. The rifle is also fitted with a Harris bipod with 14" to 29" extension capability. This rifle is designed for the serious precision shooter.
