Beautiful 1902 Colt Military .38 ACP. Designed as an updated military model of the Colt 1900 semi-automatic pistol the 1902 is the predecessor of the classic Colt 1911. The Colt 1900 and 1902 competed in the US military pistol trials in 1899 that eventually saw the 1911 adopted. The 1902 was one of the best early semi-automatic pistol designs and many of its design features continue to be used in modern production pistols. This pistol is in incredible condition and functions perfectly. Bore is clean and bright. Pistol has original grips and one magazine. Serial number indicates it was manufactured in 1916.
