The short, compact frame size will let the pistol nearly disappear when you carry it. The Mod.2 features Springfield's GripZone frame that optimizes interaction between the human hand and the pistol. The striker status indicator, loaded chamber indicator, grip safety, Ultra Safety Assurance (USA) Action Trigger System and internal firing pin block bring the safety. This model features a 3" hammer-forged barrel, a black polymer frame, and a stainless steel slide. It includes two magazines, one 13-round flush-fitting and one 16-round X-Tension.
