All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions.
After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair Tucson Equestrian Trading Post will be glad to assist you.
When "Special Order Firearms" cannot be transferred, (a background check cannot be successfully completed), a restocking fee of 15% applies. The refund, less restocking fee, will be issued 14 days after final background check disposition.

Here is our process of purchasing a firearm with us:

1. You need to have current AZ Driver License with correct address and be 21 for handgun purchases. 18 for long guns. If you are 18 - 20 years of age, a mandatory federal 10 day waiting period applies

Expired Driver’s License will not be accepted.

2. You pay for the firearm

3. We run a background check

4. If the background check is delayed, we keep the payment until background check clears

5. If you do not clear background check within 5 BUSINESS days you will get a refund of you purchase price.
