Its intuitive 2-stage magazine securing mechanism allows the single loading of rounds while keeping the rest of magazine in reserve to be called up at a moments notice. As with other rifles offered by Steyr the Pro THB features a 2+1 safety that offers a safety mode that allows the action to be worked as well as a second safety mode that allows the action to be locked completely.
