In their current state, these kits are not firearms. With the required machining and shopping around online, you could meet or beat the retail cost of buying compelete and have exactly what you want in the process of doing so.
Each kit is $120. This price includes tax. Most online retailers are OOS or backordered, or if they are in stock are more expensive. This is a cash deal.
If you buy a kit, you can also buy up to 4 boxes of .40 for $20 a box.
