This is a .223 Chinese/USA frankenrifle made on a later (not the three letter variety) pre-94 B West 7.62x39 marked receiver with other, non-matching parts. The furniture appears Hungarian but your guess may be as good as mine. The previous owner claims to have fired this rifle "5 times" and had no issues after heat treating the receiver around the rivets. The rifle comes with a single, pre-ban, Chinese flatback - 30 round .223 mag (these are 100 bucks alone). This is still a MA ok, pre-ban rifle so the price reflects the weirdness of the rifle itself. It may make a great shooter/beater.
