ACME North has a used Colt Double Eagle Series 90 Lightweight Officers model semi-auto pistol with one eight round magazine in .45 ACP.
The Colt Double Eagle is a double action/single action, semi-automatic pistol that was made between 1989 and 1997. It was the first double action semi automatic pistol offered by the company and was available in standard and compact versions. This pistol features a decocking lever and is chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. It is based on the design of the court 1911 and uses a standard Colt marked eight round single stack magazine and the Light Weight officers model has an alloy frame and blued slide. The pistol appears to be in excellent shape mechanically but does show cosmetic wear consistent with carry and use. This consists primarily of edge wear, visible mostly on the ends of the Beavertail, muzzle edge wear and some scuffs to the original Colt plastic grips. There is also some discoloration on the sides of the ring hammer. The pistol has the original Colt factory three dot sights. Pistol comes only with the eight round magazine; no other accessories included or available. This would be a nice addition as a defensive carry pistol or a collectable Colt handgun.
