Firearms:

Like any Gun Shop, we are required to follow Federal & State Gun Laws and Regulations to be in compliance with FFL licensing.  This requires us to conduct a Background Check on all transactions involving firearms.  A valid photo ID with your current physical address listed is required.  You must PASS YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK in order to purchase or redeem guns from pawn. A failed background check may result in the loss of your firearm.  Should you choose to pawn or sell your merchandise, understand that we absolutely do not accept stolen items. All accepted inventory is reported daily to the local authorities as required by law.
