1901 First Gen Colt SAA wearing a 4 3/4 inch barrel and chambered in .45 Colt. Blued with Case colored frame and Black grips with Colt Ramparts on top of grips. Finish has turned to Grey patina with traces of Blued finish remains on cylinder and mostly intact on barrel. Bright bore with strong rifling. Action remains tight with distinct four clicks on cocking hammer and solid lock up. Great shooter. Grips show honest wear from 101 years of life. We now have the Colt archives letter with gun!
