Our faceted M16 bolt carrier group is designed to reduce the contact points within the receiver for less friction. All parts are heat treated to mil spec.
 
Each gas key is coated in a layer of NO.3D and fastened with grade 8 hardware. Gas key is properly staked per spec. High temp grease is applied to the gas rings before install. Each BCG is individually, hand inspected before packaging.
