Up for sale is an absolutely beautiful 1926 pre-war Mosin Nagant. This example features the desireable hex receiver, is manufactured by the preferable Tula arms factory, and is all numbers matching on all parts I could see - receiver, magazine floorplate, buttplate, and bolt, and even the bayonet is serial matched to the gun. The gun is in excellent condition - virtually all of the bluing is present with a deep black tone across the entire gun without any noticeable scratches, dings, or dents. The original shellac finish on the wood is in excellent shape. The gun operates and works very smoothly - unlike most Mosin Nagants which are notorious for their "sticky bolts", this one chambers, fires, and extracts after firing without a hitch with all ammunition I have tested. The serial-matching bayonet, tool kit, ammo pouch, and sling are all included. Thanks for looking!
