** To send a private party sale firearm out of state costs $20 for the transfer fee. $25 to ship a handgun and $35 to ship a Long gun-(this includes insurance plus signature delivery)

**Private party transfer fee $20 and a background check is required regardless of having a CCW . No background check fee for private party transfers**
Retail purchase with no CCW will incure a $25
Background check fee from the state.



** ONLINE PURCHASES TRANSFERED INTO ME**: Sales tax will be collected if not already paid. **$20 transfer fee for the first firearm and $5 for each additional firearm.

$50 transfer fee for all NFA class 3 items.

For multiple handgun purchases (2 or more) a multiple handgun form fee will be assessed. This fee is $10 and it covers the time to fill out the form, plus fax and mailing costs.

*** 90 DAY LAY-AWAY PLAN ***
Put 50% down and pay two equal installments of 25% within 90 days of initial purchase. Balance to be paid in full by 90 days after initial payment. Installment payments must be made within the remaining 90 days or item and payments will be forfeited. Item can be paid in full at anytime before the 90 day deadline without any penalty. Background check and sales tax are extra.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. 1.5% credit card processing fee is assessed for each transaction.


Handgun sales only to persons 21 yrs or older, long guns 18 yrs and older. Firearm frames than can be either made into a pistol or rifle cannot be sold to persons under the age of 21. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Firearms MUST ship to FFL Dealers

-Firearm can only be picked up at the FFL location by the purchaser of record and is required to follow all state and federal legal requirements.

-Regulations and Laws do vary by state so it is the responsibility of the specific merchant and the FFL dealer to be in full compliance with ALL of its specific state regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

-All sales are final once paid for. No refunds or returns. All purchases are "AS-IS" unless manufacture warranty is included. Credit card fees will be reimbursed to BVT if a refund is authorized on a credit card purchase. Big Valley Tactical reserves the rights to change these items as deemed necessary.
There will be a 50% Restocking fee if an item is returned, either fired or un-fired.
If any merchandise is purchased and stored at Big Valley Tactical and not picked up within 120 days, there will be a $25 storage fee imposed. If the item is not picked up within 180 days without having made arrangements, the item will become property of Big Valley Tactical.
