This .44 caliber 1851 Colt 3rd Model Dragoon - 3rd Generation - Signature Series revolver has a 7-1/2" octagon to round barrel. Stamped on the top flat of the barrel is Address Saml Colt New-York City. The P grade Walnut grips are attached to the color case hardened steel frame. Stamped on the left side of the frame is Colts Patent. The brass backstrap bears Sam Colt's signature. Serial number is 3XXX8. Please Note: This revolver is unfired and the cylinder unturned. Comes in both the gray Colt box with manuals and the outer white protective box labeled with the serial number. Factory wood to metal fit - made by Colt.
