The Firestar series is a group of small, compact pistols designed for concealed carry. They are single-action pistols with an inverted slide rail. The model 43 and 40 are mechanically identical, and almost all parts are interchangeable. The pistols have steel frames and are equipped with magazine safeties and drop safeties.
