Antique GEW 88 chambered in 8mm Mauser. This rifle is in very good condition overall. Cosmetically this rifle is in very good condition. There is still 80% of the original bluing remaining. The wood furniture is in very good condition, free of cracks or splits. The bore is dark, and pitted with strong lands and grooves. Mechanically this rifle is in very good condition and it functions as it should. This rifle is not matching and is not import marked. This rifle is not a Turkish rework. It is dated 1890 and is an antique so it can be shipped directly to your home!
