ACME North has a used but excellent Beretta 96A1 semi-auto pistol with two mags in .40 Cal. 

Overall this pistol appears to be in excellent shape and is fitted with finger groove type rubber grips, factory sights, and has the accessory rail section for attaching tactical lights or other accessories. Pistol comes with two magazines. One magazine is Beretta manufactured and the other is marked Pro Mag and holds 10 rounds.
