1953 Smith and Wesson Pre-27 . Wearing a rare 3 1/2 inch barrel on a five screw N frame with pinned barrel and recessed counterbored cylinder. Original N frame Checkered Diamond Walnut grips. Adjustable rear sights, Red insert on front sight blade. Gun shows handling wear and Blue loss to cylinder.Small chip on top of one grip. No pitting or rust damage and mechanics are 100%. These pre 27 models are highly Collectable,especially in this barrel length. S prefix on serial number.
