I'm selling one of my Springfield M1 Garand's.  This is a beautiful example of the M1 made by Springfield Arms in October of '43 (serial number 2068664 and '43 barrel). The finish on both the stock and metal are pristine.  I would say that the parkarized finish is at 100%.  The sights are tight...no slippage of the rear sight elevation positions  which can be common.  The bore is very crisp and clean, and this should make a great shooting rifle, or a display piece.   Like most all Garand's this one went throw an arsenal rebuild at some point.  It appears that the stock had been refinished, as I cannot find any proof marks.  It does however have ALL Springfield parts...THERE ARE NO IMPORT MARKINGS... I personally have only shot this rifle when I first bought it...broke it down, cleaned it and have displayed it for the past 10 years.  I will include the sling as pictured, the cleaning kit in the butt of the rifle and 4 endblock clips.  These nice Garand's are getting very hard to find...it's not the beat up (over priced) type that they are try to sell at the local gun shows for the last 10 years.
I can be reached via email, text or voice at REDACTED.  Additional pictures can be made available if requested.  I prefer a sale with local pickup, but am not totally opposed to shipping under the right circumstances.
