This .54 caliber Jaeger rifle has a Getz swamped 1-3/32" to 7/8" to 1" x 31" browned barrel with 1:56 twist that is fitted with a Jaeger style folding leaf rear sight and a German silver blade front sight. The bore is very good. Stamped on the bottom flat is Getz Beavertown PA .54 1/56 13069. The Presentation grade Maple stock is mounted with browned steel furniture, including a wooden sliding patch box and Ebony nose cap. Very tasteful carving and wire inlay embellishes the stock. Housed in the patch box is a cleaning/loading jag and a patch worm in a custom made flip-up holder. Carved in the left side of the butt stock toe is Kern '92 006. The RE Davis Jaeger flint lock is activated by RE Davis double set Jaeger style triggers.
