Fine exapmle of the Ruger Blackhawk chambered in .41 Remington Magnum.  This beautiful piece was mfg when Bill Ruger was in charge and it shows.  Although still making fine firearms, Ruger is now finishing the new production Blackhawks in matte black.  This 1969 model has the beautiful old school bluing that was once common place.  This 41 Magnum sports a 6.5" bbl with adjustable rear sight.  The metal finishes are as near factory as one can get with no scratches, dings, pitting or rust.  You have to look very very hard to determine the slight, if not absent, turn ring.  Of course we have no way of knowing, but this revolver looks to be unfired as there is not any burned or burnished areas anywhere on the cylinder or frame.

The fine walnut stocks exhibit as factory with no chips, cracks, dents or dings.  The black and yellow factory box shows storage use as the corners are well worn and there is ink pen marking on the lid.  The box is correct to the issue of the revolver as during this time period, Ruger did not munber the boxes to the gun.  No paperwork or manual is oncluded.  This 48 year old beauty is NOT converted so please understand that when carried, the hammer must rest on an empty chamber.
