The M&P 9 SHIELD EZ 9mm pistol from Smith and Wesson is designed for those new to semi automatic handguns or those with physical limitations that make racking a more traditional slide difficult. By using a lightened slide and a softer recoil spring, an easy to load 8 round magazine, easy to clean design, and redundant safety features such as the classic S&W grip safety and tactile loaded chamber indicator, Smith & Wesson has made a defensive pistol that anyone can use. More experienced shooters will love the Shield EZ's light, crisp trigger and tactile, audible reset, and windage adjustable 3 dot sights.
