This is a beautiful, lightly-used Colt Model 1903 Pocket .32 ACP pistol manufactured almost 100 years ago in 1925.  This Model 1903 Pocket appears to be 100% original in every way, and is in perfect working order.  The Colt 1903 Pocket was first introduced in 1903 and remained in production for 43 years due to it's general popularity and commercial success.  During the production run there were 4 changes made to the design recognized by collectors today.  The hammerless semi-automatic Colt 1903 Pocket pistol was chambered in .32 ACP and featured a gloss charcoal blue or nickel-plated finish, a 4" or 3.75" inch barrel (depending on when it was made), a left-side frame-mounted safety/slide-lock, a rear grip safety, checkered hard rubber or checkered Walnut grips, and a detachable 8-round single-stack magazine.  The 1903 Pocket Hammerless quickly proved to be a superb weapon, easily concealable, reliable, accurate, and safe.  While the gun was small enough to be readily concealable, it was still large enough that it was comfortable to shoot and easy to operate.  This particular example is a handsome gun with very little finish wear and about 95% gorgeous Royal Blue finish remaining.  All of the factory markings are still 100% intact, crisp, and fully-legible. The bore in this Colt is in good condition.  The rifling is very strong with sharp lands and grooves from the chamber to the muzzle.  The original factory checkered wood grips on this Colt are in great shape overall, free from any cracks, chips, repairs, or major wear/damage.  The checkered portions of both grips are still crisp and clean and very handsome.  Both grip panels are perfectly fit to the gun and tight to the frame with ZERO wiggle.  As mentioned earlier, this Colt is in perfect working order.  The slide-to-frame fit is excellent, the action is smooth and precise, and all of the controls are 100% functional.  There is no doubt that this 1903 Pocket Hammerless will still function just as well today as it did when it left the factory in 1925.  If you have been looking for a cool new vintage carry gun or just a neat new addition for your general gun collection, this Colt Model 1903 Pocket hammerless would be an excellent choice.
