You’re purchasing  a Law Enforcement/Fire Responder/Military only firearm. If you purchase, we will require you to send credentials and we will verify the authenticity of your documentation prior to the sale. See below to ensure you qualify to purchase this firearm. It is your responsibility to make sure you qualify for this weapon and can legally own it in your state. All sales are final!

The following persons may purchase LE Firearms:

All sworn Law Enforcement (LE) officers, including State, County, and Local

All Federal LE officers (FBI, US Marshal, DEA, etc.)

All Retired LE officers, including Federal, State, County, and Local

All Corrections Officers, including Parole and Probation Officers

State-licensed Security Companies (e.g., Loomis Fargo, RAM Security, Securitas, etc.)

State and local-licensed Security Officers

Active military personnel – all branches National Guard personnel – all branches Military Reserve personnel – all branches Disabled military personnel (in any capacity)

Officially retired military veterans

Licensed Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)

Firefighters (including volunteers) Additional fire personnel, including Fire Marshalls and Arson Detectives First Responders

County Coroners

All Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees

Commercial Pilot License holders, regardless of class Federal Flight Deck Officers

Court Judges and Court Officers District Attorneys and Deputy District Attorneys

NRA Certified Firearms Instructors

LE Academy or College students with proof of enrollment in a Criminal Justice Program

Steps for purchasing this firearm-

Send us an email (REDACTED) with the following:

• State Driver’s License (scanned and legible)
• Your Telephone Number
• Your department/Agency/Branch ID card, CAC card, DD214, FFDO ID, NRA, EMT ID, Court Officer ID, Etc.
• Have your firearms dealer/gun store email us with a copy of their FFL. Have them reference your full name, the type of firearm(s) you purchased, and Armslist in the header of the email so that we can tie their FFL to your purchase.
• We will contact you at your email and phone number for payment.
• If firearm is out of stock, we will let you know, and will require a 50% deposit to order with the remaining payment due upon our receipt of the firearm from the manufacturer, and prior to shipping to your FFL.

It may take up to 3 BUSINESS DAYS for us to process and ship your item. We typically try to ship the same day we take payment, but there are times when we are unable to. 

Shipping-

Shipping fee is $20 for pistols (via USPS) except for Alaska and Hawaii. Buyer may request insurance on shipping at actual cost.  Buyer may elect to use UPS at actual shipping cost.

Payment-

Credit Card Fee 3%.  Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We do not accept Paypal or Cash. We will take a personal check as payment.  However, the check must clear the bank prior to shipping.  NO LAYAWAY is available
